Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Braveli (“we”, “us”) collects through braveli.ai, why we collect it, who can see it and what rights you have. We keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, use the request form at the end of this page.
What we collect

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this site. Fonts are served from our own site, so no font provider sees your visit.
Why we use it
- To run the beta: to contact you about joining, send you beta access and ask for your feedback.
- To answer privacy requests: to act on your request and keep a record that we did.
- To keep the site working and secure: server logs help us spot faults and abuse.
We rely on your consent for beta sign-ups, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time. For privacy requests and server logs, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure service and meeting our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who can see it
- Our team: only the people who run the beta.
- Netlify: hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States.
- Our email provider: we receive a copy of each submission by email so we can reply to you.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep beta sign-up details until the beta ends, then for up to 12 months so we can tell you about the public launch, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep privacy requests for as long as we need to show we handled them. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period under its own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data, or withdraw your consent;
- send your data to you or another provider in a usable format.
We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the supervisory authority in your EU country.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, form data is stored by our host with access limited to the people who need it, and we only collect what we need to run the beta.
Children
The beta is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell beta testers by email.
